Orion

“With much sadness, with help from Pat my wonderful long time Vet, I had to help Orion pass over the Rainbow Bridge this morning. He could not get up this morning, his right front leg had already started to curl and his left front leg was swollen almost twice its normal size. As I looked down on his face, holding him, loving him, he looked up at me with his baby blue eyes saying to me “Daddy I hurt, can’t you make it better” I told him that all was going to be ok and that he would in just a few minutes be romping  around, just like when he was that little puppy that he was so long ago, on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. “
